Thanks for your reply but if you see my post this laptop is purchased very recently from hp online store on 23 apr 2019 and i received it at home on 25 apr 2019. I ve been experiencing some disappointing issues with my hp spectre laptop ap 0069tu. When i updated my bios to try and fix this it did nothing and i repeat nothing. It is a normal operation of for the fan speed to go up and down depending on the load bearing applications and heat inside the laptop.

The fan is quite loud even when i m only doing lightweight activities. Out of these issues listed above the biggest problem for me was the fan noise. When a computer fan spins loudly for a long period of time there might be an issue with a fan or the computer might be overheating.
